The Practice of Inaction!

http://www.inspirednmotivated.com

Ever feel like you are running in circles, never catching up, always feeling like your stuff never gets done. “I can’t catch my breath, can’t get a break, I never get ahead of the game, never finish my to-do list, the deadline is always out of reach, why am I just sitting here, I should stop playing this game or turn the TV off and do something…”

*

“I CAN’T BREATH!”

*

Irwin Wolfson (Creative Thought Tuesday August 24, 2010) so cleverly notes that “We are Human Beings, not Human Doings.”,

*

Nothing will ever get done by belaboring in the mind or strenuously exerting high effort spinning of the hamster wheel.

*

Most of that is simply a “busy game” you are playing in your own mind. No one else cares! Sorry but everyone on the planet is not really sitting around waiting for you get “all your busy stuff” done on that to-do list!

*

Avoid carrying out tasks “just to feel busy” or to “feel like” you are getting a lot done.

*

Most often this running-in-circles is so inefficient, minimally productive and keeping you from really accomplishing important tasks you would like to achieve.

*

STOP imposing so much useless pressure on yourself!

*

Get quiet. Relax. Breathe. Meditate. Go into off into the woods.

*

Close yourself in a dark room if that’s what it will take.

Create a zero distraction environment for as long as it takes.

Whether five minutes, five days, or five weeks or five years, get quite.

Move through all the discord and all the joy in your mind until you are clear of all diversion and distraction.

*

Surrender to that powerful creative intelligence of your origin that governs your personal universe from deep within.

*

Regain perspective and Re-prioritize what is truly important for You.

*

You will then understand the reason you have distracted yourself with all the “busy stuff” and your priorities will begin to joyfully change.

*

A conscious unfolding of what is meaningful in your life will surface.

*

Visualize the abundant and prosperous objectives you desire while seeing yourself already in those amazing situations.

*

Become clear on the actions that lead to your highest good and grandest goals.

*

Make the best choices and do what moves you naturally from within.

*

Would it be okay if your life got easier? Take the path of least resistance.

*

Take the actions that are natural from within moving you gently and easily in the true and clear direction of your heart.

*

Practice Inaction!

Change as Opportunity!

http://www.inspirednmotivated.com

*

The only absolute in life is that everything will change; Continually.

*

Nothing will remain the same.

*

Embrace Change as the transformation it is designed to be.

*

Avoid viewing Change as bad or good. Simply note a change has taken place without dwelling on specifics, and rather discover this new and exciting place to begin again.

*

Change “just is.”

*

Sometimes it may seem that a problem or a chaotic life situation will never end.

*

As nature does not create dark clouds, stormy weather, hurricanes, hail storms, earthquakes or fires that never end, a turbulent life situation will run it course just as it is supposed to! Divine Order.

*

A child grows, wounds heal, we gain new skills, complete tasks, change life’s course, create art, develop new ideas, write books, grow gardens, re-till the soil, build bridges, climb mountains; endure loss, enjoy achievement, rebuild, we are happy, sad, excited, sorrowful, anxious, animated, joyful, peaceful, harmonious! Everything changes.

*

There is a time for everything including what you are experiencing in this moment.

*

Avoid being stranded in an endless cycle of fear for change.

*

Delight in the pleasure of positive change. Pursue the path that supports and expands desired life circumstances.

*

Be grateful for change!

*

Every life change creates a new opportunity to think, feel, create or take action.

*

Be in charge of creating the positive productive changes in your life.

*

Stretch yourself far beyond limiting, stagnating thoughts and inaction.

*

Use change as a launching pad for creativity and new life opportunities.

*

“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.”  George Bernard Shaw

Divine Order

*

Everything in your life is exactly as it should be in this very moment.

*

There is no need to always understand everything around you. No need to always understand you partner, your children, your parents or your friend.

*

Sometimes (as in the words of Paul McCartney) you have to just “Let it Be.”

*

Any life situation that you feel is not going as it should, is more likely to be that you are holding on to a desire for things to be different, rather than seeing the situation realistically, and that you have yet to accept total responsibility for what you create.

*

Are you willing to challenge yourself in complete honesty? Willing in delve in deep self-reflection and take responsibility for every aspect of your life. No blaming others, no being a victim?

*

In quiet personal reflection or meditation if you choose, you can find the reason for each life you have made, and why the present results have been created. Though difficult coming to terms with at times, there is always a positive payoff in some form for every choice you make. That payoff may or may not be ine that is productive. Being totally accountable for what you create in your life can be a very big step to take but the positive payoff will be far greater.

*

A life choice payoff might be in the form of a lesson learned, “being right,” a goal attained, getting attention, helping others, a step up or down in the path towards an objective, supporting the ego, a lesson “in-the-process” of being learned, a new beginning, or a great realization.

*

Avoid labeling you current circumstances as good or bad. Refrain from judgement of your present situation, or that of others.

*

The current situation “Just Is.”

*

When a partner, child, parent or friend are not acting in accord with what you want, know that it can’t always be figured out. Sometimes you just have to “Let it Be,” knowing that they will ultimately find there way, and find their won teachers when the time is right for them. Revert your energies and attention back to your own best path and lessons.

*

We are all unique beings with our own bearings set to follow and navigate in the healthiest, most positive, and effective way without having to navigate or be in judgement and attempted control of everyone else’s path.

*

Things are just as they are supposed to be in this moment.

*

Divine Order.

*

And more good news; it is from this present point of perfect order that our next and new opportunity to create or continue creating all that we want or dream stems from.

FEAR OF FAILURE:

Visit: http://www.inspirednmotivated.com

The “feeling of fear” of personal failure is only a “feeling.” Fear of failure is “ego driven.” Used most frequently as an excuse, fear of failure might present in the form of not taking action, giving up, loosing focus, procrastinating, dying, or simply avoiding the work and effort necessary to change your world in very big ways. Fear of failure is not real. Fear of failure is a poor excuse for not living your life fully and brightly in the present. An excuse for not living passionately what you believe even in the face of judgement, disapproval, embarrassment, shame, and any other “feelings” designed and chosen in order to take the easy though unfulfilling path.

*

In this moment you have all the tools necessary to take the next step moving towards your most passionate goals.

*

Don’t wait.

*

Act now. Step at a time. Never stop. Act now. Act tomorrow. Act the next day.

*

The time is now.

*

Follow your passion.
