“Respect Yourself!”

In the words of Luther Ingram and shared by The Staple Singers, Aretha Franklin and so many other Greats;
*
“Respect Yourself.”
*
When we remain in touch with the nature of who we are and without ego;
*
When we think, feel, behave and take action from our authentic self, from a place of self love, and truth;
*
We “Respect Ourselves” and everyone around us.
*
As we share this earth equally, the same Respect is deserved by all.
*
You Are Worthy of all you want and dream of that originates from your Divinely Authentic Self.
*
Always be True to Yourself.
*
“Respect Yourself.”

Have You Figured It All Out Yet?

Do you breathlessly race on the hamster wheel of your mind trying to figure out WHY something isn’t the way you wish it to be. Especially since you have been working so hard at that relationship or visualizing, seeing yourself at that successful point at work, and taking all the necessary actions you can think of performing to make everything in life be just right?

*

Maybe it’s a relationship that you just can’t figure out with your partner, child or parent. Or a situation at work that has yet to unfold the way you expected.

*

Often people become so focused on every detail in attempting to fit a situation snuggly into their own personal idea, their own personal life rules of “how things should be.” These are often fixed concepts that have been learned , perceived or created while developing as a child. Feelings as these not uncommonly arise from a place of Ego, and a desire to contain the world around them in a nice little conforming box.

*

Another reason one might become obsessed with other people or situations is to avoid dealing with their own personal issues and growth (a distraction from taking care of themselves). Another way to state this might be “you are living some else’s life, rather than your own.”

*

As a result of these types of thoughts and behaviors, life desires or situations may have unconsciously fabricated which are not aligned with Reality.

*

Well then, it is time for a Reality Check.

*A good way to reestablish Reality, is by redefining the current state of “What Is.” In the big picture of Divine Order and knowing that in taking responsibility for what we create in our own lives, we have chosen to have our life “Exactly As it Is in this Very Moment!” Always.

*

So rather than live someone else’s life to avoid taking responsibility for your own, you might simply turn it all around in an instant. Live Your Own Life.  Refocus on what you want and need to be doing for yourself rather than trying to figure out help or rescue others.

*

If you are not happy with a life situation large or small, you always have choices.

*

Get quiet, become centered, there is no need to Force any decision but rather Allow what you already know as the best possible choice for YOURSELF. By doing this, naturally, everyone around you will feel that pressure diminish and they will be much happier with the relationship also!

*

Then, once you have made a choice, Surrender all thought, fear, doubt, concern and worry to Divine Order. Let Go of All Expectations. Everything will always be as it should be.

*

Truth is, in any relationship you don’t always need to understand your partner, child, parent, or friend.. It is okay to share life and time with people who see life differently.

*

Just allow the world around you to unfold as it does.

*

Dr. Wayne Dyer in his interpretation of the Tao Te Ching describes this as “Effortless Action Without Expectation.” Simply being who you are (taking care of yourself and what you need and want to be doing for you) and letting others do the same.

*

Life will unfold just as it is meant to whether you fight it or not.

*

Surrender. Let it Be!

Ravi Shankar

Tomorrow night I was planning on seeing Ravi Shankar.
*
I just received a call that due to ill health, the engagement has been postponed.

*
A deeply spiritual, loving, caring man who has brought so much joy, peace, love and harmony to this world is thankfully in his 90th year though not doing well tonight.

*
I ask that you send to him every possible healing thought. Visualize him improving and see him in a fully healthful state. Send prayers in every form you know. And tonight in your dreams bring to him that energy of your origin that can create miracles.

Sending Love to the Miracle of Ravi Shankar,

Persistence, Persistence, P…!

*How many times have you been told to “just be persistent and you’ll get what you want.” So many of us have become completely numb to hearing this idea of just being persistent?

*

BUT, in order to achieve your grandest dreams and greatest life goals, you can never stop moving forward. Persistence, Persistence, Persistence. Bring some feeling and energy back to the idea of Persistence. It is important.

*

In striving and moving forward towards an important life objective, there will be times when every action flows as easily as an unimpeded stream or without the thought or effort it takes for your heart to beat each essential time. At other times it may feel as though you are alone, carrying each stone block on your back in the desert with no water building the Great Pyramid.

*

There will even be times when you’ve run into the proverbial WALL. That barrier appearing so high it can not possibly be scaled and so wide it could take ten lifetimes to get around. Remember, the wall in reality is only a thought. Fears, doubt, worry, laziness, excuses to not put in the effort.

*

Wayne Dyer recorded a beautifully written audio book titled “It’s Never Crowded Along the Extra Mile.” As you can imagine it refers to that point of barriers in one’s adventure working towards a goal, and how most people give up when they meet even a little resistance let alone facing the WALL.

*

Sometimes strong barriers are what define your true goals and objectives, separating what you truly want from what may “you think you want.”

*

Having a specific goal, objective or desire in mind that originates form your deep, divinely connected self, will obliterate the barriers, move the mountains, and levitate the stone blocks. Sometimes this happens easily and at other times in the form of a challenge. Ultimately, if the end result is aligned with your personal truth and with great persistence, the planets, the universe, the Good that is Everything (however you understand that power) will be aligned and you will succeed.

*

Don’t be discouraged, be Persistent!

*

Facing what you may describe as a failure is in reality only a new lead! Rather than a sign to quit, it is a guide or a lesson that one action, one direction, one relationship, one advertising campaign, one race or what ever the situation was that might have been considered “a” failure is simply a message that there is some adjustment to be made in the plan of action. A New Plan. Persistence.

*

We have heard all the stories of instant success. If you have read any overnight success story, 99.9 percent of the time that person worked hard, struggled at times, gave everything they had, used every possible resource for years. It may have taken, 2 years ,10, or 20 years, then one day, they became a huge, overnight success.

*

What you do with “a” perceived failure is more important than the success of any one small step along the way. A perceived failure is in reality a new launching point for an alternative action.

*

When you keep moving forward, taking every action you can, creatively using every resource available to you, achievement of your dream could be just around the corner. It could be realized in an instant. With the next step, the next action you take, your dream could come true. Persistence.

Living Without Judgement!

Judging others does not define “who they are.”
*
Judgement of others does “say something about you.” By judging someone else, it places you above everyone else around you. All people are equal beings and are not defined by what they do, what they have or don’t have, nor by how they look or where they live.
*
Judging others from one’s own learned ideas and behaviors is a narrow and restrictive view of reality. It limits personal growth and creative expansion in one’s life.
*
Judging puts you in a place of Being Right(eous). A need to be right produces conflict.
*
Instead, look inside yourself and see why you might feel a need to Judge someone else in relation to anything.
*
Avoid what seems to be a natural propensity to label everything as right or wrong, good or bad, pretty or ugly.
*
Live with the harmony of opposites.
*
Judge less, listen more and the incapacitating need to be right and make others wrong will dwindle.
*
Be an observer.
*
Find peace in what you observe.

How Will I Know When I Have “Turned the Corner” on Success?

Subscribe at: http://www.healingmankind.wordpress.com

*

If you are living in the zone, creating from the gap, the vortex, connected to source, however you understand living and being from the purest place of your own personal truth;

*

You Will Not Know When You Have “Turned the Corner” On Success!

*

There is no turning point that you will notice.

*

We always realize in retrospect when we have reached a higher place in position, spiritual growth, prosperity, physical strength or abundance.

*

When you are working intently and highly focused on your goals and objectives;

If you are living in the joy of each moment of creativity, spontaneity and growth;

You will joyfully move yourself past limitation, beyond pinnacles and through “turning points” without ever realizing it!

That is how it works!

*

One day your sitting there with a big smile on your face saying;

When did my bank account get so fat,

I can’t believe I’ve done all that traveling,

I can’t believe how many properties I own,

How many books I wrote or shows I’ve performed in,

The number of people I’ve feed and clothed

The number of children I’ve raised or lectures I’ve given!

*

Successes are Endless.

*

Successes are seen in the rear view mirror!

And then we create new ones!

*

There is no need to be looking for a “turning point” in your progress;

There is no point in looking to see if you have succeeded;

If you are attempting to rate your life in this moment and in comparison to anyone or anything else, you are living out of the moment, out of source and not spending these moments focused on what you are being moved to create!

*

What is especially important here, is that you are living in the flow of what is absolutely true for you.

Living what moves you beyond what anyone else thinks, says or feels.

This is Your Life!

*

Enjoy every step of the process and you will notice all of your successes in the wake of your creatively expanding universe!

*

That is the success!

*

Be Inspired!
