Judging others does not define “who they are.”
*
Judgement of others does “say something about you.” By judging someone else, it places you above everyone else around you. All people are equal beings and are not defined by what they do, what they have or don’t have, nor by how they look or where they live.
*
Judging others from one’s own learned ideas and behaviors is a narrow and restrictive view of reality. It limits personal growth and creative expansion in one’s life.
*
Judging puts you in a place of Being Right(eous). A need to be right produces conflict.
*
Instead, look inside yourself and see why you might feel a need to Judge someone else in relation to anything.
*
Avoid what seems to be a natural propensity to label everything as right or wrong, good or bad, pretty or ugly.
*
Live with the harmony of opposites.
*
Judge less, listen more and the incapacitating need to be right and make others wrong will dwindle.
*
Be an observer.
*
Find peace in what you observe.
